PACKING
20 kg bags (paper and high density polyethylene, with valve, with time stamp and filling date).
SURFACES
Cement-based substrates: screed, cement plaster and concrete.
Ceramic-based or natural stone supports, check their stability, if necessary remove parts with poor adhesion and fill the empty spaces with the mortar itself.
The surface of the support must be cement-based over 30 days old.
The surface of the substrate must be smooth, dry, free of dust, oils, plaster or other loose debris.
If the substrate has irregularities greater than 5 mm, it must be previously adjusted.
The surface of the support must not have a temperature below 5ºC and above 30º C. The surface of the support cannot have a temperature below 5ºC and above 30º C.
OBSERVATIONS
Consumption by ceramic area:
S < 400 cm2: 3.5 kg/m2;
400 < S < 900 cm2: 4.5 to 5.5 kg/m2;
S <900 cm2: greater than 6 kg/m2;
Ceramic with irregular back or low relief: without estimation; minimum thickness: 3 mm; Maximum working thickness: 8 mm.
In clear parts it is recommended to use Diera CL Diflex White.
For ceramic parts with a surface area of more than 900 cm2, and whenever the support is different from screed, concrete or plaster, double bonding must be made, i.e. apply mortar to the support and the back of the ceramic pieces at the time of application.
Whenever you apply ceramic parts in heavy traffic zones, regardless of the part area, use double-gluing.
RESTRICTIONS
Collage on sand paint and enamel paint.
For exterior bonding on façades over 6 meters in height use Diera CL Composto.
Wood-based supports, check and guarantee the stability of the support, if necessary reinforce it, use Diera CL Composto.
