Single-component adhesive cement, of mixed binders, extended snap time and reduced slip, suitable for bonding and damming in thermal insulation with both expanded and extruded polystyrene, and plates of black agglomerate of cork on new surfaces.
Used in the DIERATHERM (ETICS) system, approved by LNEC under decision DH 932 and ETA 14/0363, and in system DIERACORK (ETICS).

SURFACES
The surface (aerated concrete wall, reinforced concrete, ceramic brick masonry, concrete block thermal block) should have more than 28 days old and be clean and dry.
The humidity can not be superior than 2,5 %.
OBSERVATIONS
Bonding of the plate EPS/XPS/Cork: 4 kg/m2.
Damming oh the plate EPS/XPS/Cork (1st layer): 2 to 2,5 kg/m2.
Damming on the anti-alkaline net (2nd layer): 2 to 2,5 kg/m2.
Minimum thickness on bonding: 3 mm; maximum work thickness on bonding: 7 mm; maximum thickness on the plates coating: 5 mm.
RESTRICTIONS
Do not use on horizontal surfaces or angles less than 45º .
The surface can not present active cracking. In the presence of surfaces with irregularities superior than 10 mm, should proceed to the previous regularization.
