SURFACES
The supports (brick, cement block, Ytong block) must be stable, resistant and free of materials that could compromise the adhesion of the plaster to the support.
In dry weather, you have to moisten the substrate. When the support is made of concrete, it is necessary to ensure complete degreasing, removing all the release agent that was used.
OBSERVATIONS
Consumption 4,5 kg/m2/ 3 mm.
The spraying must be carried out with the spray nozzle perpendicular to the support, forming continuous discontinuous lines. Check that the diameter of the spray nozzle is adequate. Adjust the air pressure of the spray gun appropriately. After preparing the mortar, it must be used within the next 60 minutes.
The manual application must be energetic and dispersed in such a way as to create a rough surface, creating a layer that will provide good adhesion to the plaster to be applied. The plaster should only be applied after the roughcast has hardened.
RESTRICTIONS
Do not apply painted surfaces or based gypsum surfaces, nor under strong insulating conditions or wind.
On concrete surfaces, apply previously the Adhesion Promoter Aditek P.
