Adhesion to cementitious substrates occurs through the formation of crystals with good covering power, without, however, altering the texture of the substrate or creating cracks of considerable size.
It is also excellent protection against ultraviolet rays. It has high resistance to water penetration.
It is permeable to water vapor, thus preventing internal condensation. It has a catalytic effect on the air, absorbing some CO2.
Due to its constituents, it works as a natural biocide, preventing the proliferation of microorganisms on the surface, making environments healthy.
