Use instructions for Adhesive Paste Diera Composto A+B

SUPPORT
In case of walls or concrete floors, these supports must be more than 30 days
The first layer and mortar of badly repaired floors must be more than 14 days
All the surfaces must be firm, dry, without dust, oils and other detritus 
PREPARATION
Mix 25 kg of component A and 5 kg of component B or other equal proportions in a watertight recipient  cleaned, protected from the sunlight, wind and rain.  After mixing, the mortar shall be pasty and firm without dry granules and must be used during the following 2 hours, depending on the weather conditions.

APPLICATION
The ceramic pieces must be dry and with the back side cleaned
Apply a coat with 3 to 4 mm of thickness of mortar on the support, with the non toothed side of the darby
Use the  toothed side of the darby on the mortar, with an angle of 60º from the base
The mortar left on the darby?s teeth must be mixed with the other
Apply the ceramic pieces on the mortar, press with vibrative movements and knock lightly with rubber hammer, without braking the surface of the tile
The mortar shall be with a thickness of 3 mm after the setting of the ceramic pieces
If the back side of the ceramic pieces to apply have more than 900 cm2 of surface, a double pasting must be made, this means, apply mortar on the support and on the back side of the ceramic pieces. Always make a double pasting on ceramic pieces for places with great use
If tha back side of the tile has more than 1mm of saliences, you should apply a small quantity of mortar in order to fill in the spaces in low relief
Respect the size of the joints indicated by the ceramic manufacturer
The joints of dilatation should be considered, follow the suggestions of the project technician
When the wear and tear of the darby's teeth is more than 1mm of height, repair them or use a new one.

CLEANING
Clean the excess of the mortar immediately after the setting of the ceramic pieces, using a sponge slightly wet with clean water.
Follow the cleaning instructions of the manufacturer taking in consideration the surfaces fragile to friction and/or absorbents. 
Never use acids during the cleaning of the mortar left-overs
