Use instructions for DieraGrés

SUPPORT
The support must be consistent, cleaned and dry. It's necessary to check if the support is plane using a 2 m ruler. It should exist differences of level over 5mm.

APPLICATION
Mix Diera Grés with 6 ? 6.5 litres of water per bag, manual or with electrical mixer until it gets into an homogeneous paste. Spread on the support in small sizes (maximum 2 m2), comb with the tooth side of the darby to normalize the thickness. Set the pieces joining them to guarantee a good material transfer.

ADVICES
Protect coatings and ceramic floors from dilatations and contractions with a good joints treatment. The application temperature should vary between  5 ºC and 30 ºC. Make always double fixing for pieces application.

OBSERVATIONS
The time to rest after mixing is 2 m, time to adjust 40 m, the paste has a period of time of 4 hours and 10mm of maximum thickness application.
These periods of time are made at 20 ºC and can rise at low temperatures or diminished at high temperatures.

CONSUMPTION 4 to 6 kg p/ m2.

PRESERVATION
12 months from the production date, in original closed package and away from humidity.
